Terms and Conditions

1. General background.

The transactions carried out through this website, hereinafter also called " Thorben", are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as current Chilean legislation, in particular Law No. 19,496 on Protection Consumer Rights and Law No. 19,628 on Protection of Private Life. The provision of information and purchase through this modality in Thorben, requires knowledge and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions described in this document.

3. Promotions.

4. Authorization to send information, offers and promotions.

5. Accepted means of payment.

7. Right of withdrawal.

8. Legal guarantee.

In the event that a product purchased in Thorben presents faults or defects, does not have the reported technical characteristics, or has been shipped damaged or incomplete, the customer will have the right to choose, within 3 months of receipt, for any of the following alternatives:

b) Replacement or change of the product after its return; or

c) Refund of the amount paid after restitution of the product.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, it will be considered that there is a fault or defect:

a) When products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards do not meet the corresponding specifications;

f) When the object of the contract has hidden defects or defects that make it impossible to use it for which it is usually intended;

9. Dispatch and delivery of products.
